Real food, made by real people. Discover our collection of chemical-free, homemade snacks, preserves, and pantry essentials sourced directly from local kitchens.

You won't have tasted a super biscuit like this anywhere else! Here's a behind-the-scenes look at Farmer Bheem Singh making his superfood Bajra cookies. He uses only the purest ingredients: bajra flour, desi cow ghee, desi khand, and milk, all with complete transparency.

I cooked this Little Millet Macaroni pasta, and it was a delight. The pasta itself is from Organic Bharat, and I cooked it with a mix of vegetables from our farmers: beans, mushrooms, leeks, eggplants, and tomatoes. It's a perfect example of how you can create a healthy, delicious, and dairy-free meal using ingredients from the market.

Food, fun, fruits, and sun! A quick glimpse of the delicious ready-to-eat food you can find at the market. From fresh kulchas and samosas to traditional rotis being made on the spot, it's a feast for all your senses.

We love to host special guests who share our food philosophy. This Sunday, we welcomed a women's collective from Bengaluru, bringing their delicious and healthy whole grain cookies, laddus, and snacks made with millets. It's a beautiful story of empowerment through entrepreneurship.

Our market is a treasure trove of sustainable and handcrafted goods. This stall features beautiful wooden cutlery, combs, and kitchen spatulas, alongside eco-friendly mugs and cork pen stands. It's all about thoughtful, natural living.

A little busking and masti at the market in Leisure Valley Park. Besides the fresh aloe vera and other produce, you can often find local artists sharing their music, adding to the wonderful, relaxed atmosphere of our community gathering.

A quick snapshot of the market in the park. You can see the vibrant green produce, a selection of artisanal teas, and our Dariya Dil Dukaan, where the community shares pre-loved items. It's a place of connection and abundance.

About The Artisan's Pantry

You won't find barcode-laden, factory-made snacks here. Everything in our pantry, from Bajra cookies to traditional pickles, comes from home kitchens where ingredients are simple and chemical-free. When you pick up a jar, you’re getting something made with real desi ghee, whole grains, and absolutely zero industrial additives—just the way it should be.

When we say 'pantry,' we don't mean a supermarket shelf. This collection is about reclaiming our food. Most products you see here are made by people in our community who believe that saaf khana (clean food) is a fundamental right.

Whether it’s our millet-based snacks, cold-pressed oils, or seasonal preserves, the quality is guaranteed because we know the maker. There is no industrial processing, no hidden preservatives, and definitely no 'cheat waves.'

We focus on two things: transparency and local impact. For example, our millet cookies aren't mass-produced; they are baked in small batches using farm-fresh grains. When you buy from this pantry, you are supporting a local artisan rather than a faceless corporation. It’s simple, honest, and it keeps our local economy thriving.

If you have questions about ingredients or how a particular snack is prepared, ask us. This isn't a transaction; it's a conversation. Come by the market, bring your thela, and see the difference for yourself.

I'm Manas. For 11 years, I’ve been running this market to make sure we all have access to real, honest food. No middlemen, no fancy labels, just good ingredients and the people who grow and make them.
