About Weekly Organic Farmers' Market
Why This Market Feels Like Home
I’ve been at this market every weekend for 10+ years, rain or shine, because khana toh hamesha khana hi hai (food is always a must). For me, saaf khana (clean food) isn’t some fancy thing - it’s what everyone deserves. Here, you get more than just vegetables. It’s a community spot in the city for real, honest food. The industrial stuff out there? Feels fake. We keep it simple, local, and nourishing.
Meet the People Growing Your Food
No middlemen, no mystery. You talk straight to the folks who grow your food - most are right around Gurgaon, within 6 to 50 km. That means the veggies and fruits are super fresh, and the taste is next level, iski guarantee hai (that’s a promise). Every item is checked by experts, and there’s a decade of trust backing it.
What’s in Your Bag This Week?
- Hyper-local produce: Expect seasonal organic vegetables like purple carrots, yellow cauliflower, and all kinds of tomatoes and leafy greens (saag).
- Fruits: Juicy mangoes, Kinnauri apples, figs, passion fruit - whatever nature gives.
- Herbs, wild greens: Fresh basil, rosemary, Kulfa, Punarnava.
- Homemade pantry staples: Special flours, cold-pressed oils, khada masala (whole spices), high-curcumin turmeric.
- Treats: Atta cookies, homemade paneer, samosas, laddoos, pickles, chutneys.
- Drinks: Sugarcane juice, traditional Kaanji, Aam Panna, herbal teas.
It’s a Pajama-Chappal Scene
This is a pajama-chappal market (come in slippers and PJs). Super relaxed, family-friendly. Kids have their own corner with books and crafts. Zero-waste shopping: bring your own thela (cloth bag) and get a small cashback, or pay a bit for a disposable one.
It’s more than shopping. It’s your weekly ritual, for good food and good conversations.

My Story
Suprabhat! I'm Manas, host and dost here at Gurgaon Organic Farmers Market. Been at it 11 years, seen bachche turn into grownups, whole generation raised on clean khaana (food). I roam from Auroville to Coimbatore, picking up wisdom, bringing it back for our gang here. Running this is tough, but clean food ka maza hi alag hai (the joy of clean food is something else). People say, ‘isse cancer nahi hota’ – I just say, ‘kitna swadisht hai!’ (how tasty it is!). Every Sunday’s a mela (festival) – we’re all family, hooked to real food.
