Join me for a live, unscripted tour of the market. See the fresh harvest, meet our local farmers, and experience the real energy of our chemical-free community.

Here's another live tour from the market where you can find not just good food but also good clothes! I'm showing you everything from native organic Kora cotton to Master ji's vitamin D rich cookies and Rajjo ji's famous mix saag with bajre ki roti. You can even get freshly made lauki ka raita here.

I often say this is one of India's finest farmers markets, and here's why. In this tour, I'm showing you the incredible variety, from five types of saag and homemade vegan ice creams to locally grown dals and a mini mango festival. It's a 'pajama chappal market' where you can just be yourself and get the best organic food.

Welcome to our weekly edition! This tour highlights our ultra-local ecosystem, with most farmers coming from a 15-30 km radius. I'm showing off baby spinach harvested just an hour ago, uncultivated greens like bathua and punarnava, and even raw brownies. I also talk about our policy on dairy and why we support integrated farms.

This tour starts with a look at the incredible variety of carrots, mooli, and other greens from our local farmers, some just 6 km away. I also introduce you to our 'art gallery' of greens, homemade kulchas with matra, and even handwoven shawls. It's a place of so many stories and so much to discover.

A New Year tour of the market! I'm showcasing winter delights like chana saag, six varieties of carrots, and beautiful red kale. You'll also see vitamin D enriched biscuits, Naxalbari tea, and I share my thoughts on why clean, chemical-free food is something we can and should control for our health.

This market is a nurturing space for everyone, including the next generation of shoppers! In this tour, a customer gives a direct review of a farmer's high-hygiene practices. You'll also see tender mustard greens, roselle flowers, and learn how to make an Asian-style salad with knol khol.

I claim we have the widest and freshest variety of local vegetables, and this tour is proof. I'm showing off banana flowers, tender pumpkins you'll never find elsewhere, and a huge range of teas from Kangra and Kumaon. I also explain why coming to the market is an experience you can't get online.

When you come to our market, you're not just buying vegetables; you're replacing your everyday food with traceable, organic produce from your backyard. This tour features summer saags like Pawaar and Kalmi, sourdough bread, and even a Pan Shot cooler. It's a truly local system.

Even on a rainy day, the market is buzzing! We set up in a covered area to bring you the best produce. This tour features a two-and-a-half-foot-long lauki, Chausa mangoes, and a three-year-old extra mature lemon pickle. It shows our commitment to being here for you, no matter what.

This tour is a feast for the senses, from wild forest jamuns to A2 ghee-wali naan khatai that melts in your mouth. I also introduce you to a stall with 12 varieties of teas and unique cocktail infusion kits. You'll see how our uncultivated greens like Pawaar saag are a sign of healthy, living soil.

About A Walk Through Our Market

When you watch these tours, you’re not just seeing vegetables; you’re seeing the faces behind your food. Most of these farmers travel under 20 km to bring you harvest that was in the ground just hours ago. If you want to know which greens are best for your Sunday khichdi or how to store your winter roots, just ask—that's the real advantage of skipping the middlemen.

This market isn’t about fancy packaging or air-conditioned aisles. It’s a "pajama-chappal" space where you show up as you are, bring your thela, and buy directly from the people who grew your food. When we say local, we mean it—most produce arrives from farms within a 20-30 km radius of Gurugram. This short supply chain means you get "crispy" freshness that supermarkets can't replicate.

Every Sunday at DLF Club 5 and Saturday at Sustainable Oasis, I host these live tours to bridge the gap between your plate and the field. You’ll find uncultivated greens like bathua and punarnava, heirloom varieties, and staples like chakki atta or cold-pressed oils. It’s an integrated ecosystem; we discourage industrial dairy practices and focus on supporting integrated farms where cattle have a place.

Why visit in person? Because you can’t smell the freshness of kale or the earthiness of just-pulled carrots through a screen. You can ask our farmers about their soil, learn how to cook with seasonal herbs like Gongura, or just share a recipe for millet parathas. We aren't just selling veggies; we are trying to keep a fundamental right—clean food—accessible to our community. If you care about what goes into your family's kitchen, come over. Bring your questions, your bags, and your appetite.
