About Food & Wellness Workshops & Events
Where Food Meets Community
For me, a market is never just about buying veggies. It’s where people come together, share stories, and build something real. खाना तो रोज़ का है (you gotta eat every day), so why not make it a bit more fun and meaningful?
What Happens at Our Workshops
- Not just talking - you actually try things out. From urban farming workshops (ever grown your own spinach?) to learning how to cook with millets, it's hands-on.
- We bring in real people - local farmers, home chefs, community experts. No boring lectures.
- Food tastings pop up all the time, and you can even plan your meals or learn to make natural home cleaners (bio-enzymes, literally from orange peels you’d toss).
Kids Kona & Young Sprouts
- Kids have their own space here. Art, origami, plant crafts, even food education activities that get them excited about what’s on their plate.
- Our "Young Sprouts" crew goes deeper, so teens can actually get involved in the local food scene.
The Vibe: Wellness & Sharing
- It gets lively - think open-air Bhangra fitness, movement sessions, and our Dariya Dil Dukaan, where you pass on or pick up pre-loved things.
- All about community spirit - energy is real, iski guarantee hai (that's a guarantee)!
Online & Seasonal
- Can’t come in person? We run free seasonal wellness webinars and host big community food events like Mango Fests.
- Show up as you are, bring your thela and your curiosity. This place is for everyone.

My Story
Suprabhat! I'm Manas, host and dost here at Gurgaon Organic Farmers Market. Been at it 11 years, seen bachche turn into grownups, whole generation raised on clean khaana (food). I roam from Auroville to Coimbatore, picking up wisdom, bringing it back for our gang here. Running this is tough, but clean food ka maza hi alag hai (the joy of clean food is something else). People say, ‘isse cancer nahi hota’ – I just say, ‘kitna swadisht hai!’ (how tasty it is!). Every Sunday’s a mela (festival) – we’re all family, hooked to real food.
My Work
Sabji ka Bazaar - Weekly Kitchen Sorted - Organic veggies, fruits, fresh greens, dal, rice, atta, cold-pressed oils, dairy, breads, cookies, snacks, homemade pickles, jams, coolers.

Pajama-Chappal Market Vibe - No fancy stuff – come as you are, share recipes, chat, learn about farming. Build trust with real people growing your food.
Weekly Market Timings - Saturdays at Sustainable Oasis, Sector 29. Sundays at Club 5, DLF Phase 5. 7-11 AM. Every week, no break.
