About From Our Farm to Your Table
You are not receiving supermarket-grade produce that has sat in transit for days. We harvest our greens, herbs, and vegetables on the same morning they are packed. This means your basil remains fragrant and your kale stays crisp in your refrigerator for significantly longer than store-bought varieties.
We believe that the best meal begins long before it hits the stove. Our farm, located in the Delhi NCR region, allows us to shorten the journey from soil to plate significantly. By avoiding harsh chemicals and synthetic fertilizers, we allow the authentic flavour of our crops to develop fully. When you see vibrant rainbow chard or aromatic basil on your plate, you know it was grown with intention.
We focus on seasonal varieties like Himalayan asparagus, leeks, and hearty kale, ensuring our kitchen offerings change with the rhythm of the year.
