We do not use frozen shells or pre-mixes. Every tart, quiche, and pastry crust is handmade in our own kitchen using fresh butter and quality flour, which is the only way to get that specific, flaky texture. When you order our high tea spreads, you are getting food prepared specifically for your event, not something pulled from a freezer.
