We do not use frozen pasta shells or pre-made store sauces. Everything, from the béchamel sauce in our lasagna to the hummus bases in our mezze platters, is prepared from scratch in our home kitchen the day of your event. Because we cook in small batches, we can easily adjust spice levels or cheese quantities—just let us know your preference when you order.
What makes our Italian and Continental food different is the approach. We treat these dishes like home-cooked meals rather than standard catering fare. Whether you are hosting a small birthday dinner or a casual get-together, our food is designed to be shared without the heaviness often associated with commercial catering.
