Why I Started This
Honestly, everybody knows the basics—move more, eat better. But sticking to it? That’s a different beast. I’ve seen folks struggle with motivation and consistency, just like I did once. My aim is to help you finally get your health sorted, with a focus on building real momentum that lasts.
How Our Challenges Work
- I run online fitness & nutrition challenges designed to help you form habits, not just chase quick fixes.
- You’ll join daily online workout classes on Zoom—think Zumba, Dance Fitness, Strength Training, Yoga, and Pilates. No fancy equipment needed, just show up and move.
- We keep nutrition simple: No Sugar, No Maida, No Deep-Fried Food. (Yeah, samosa-kachori ka break lena padega! - you’ll need to take a break from samosas and kachoris.)
- You’ll share your meals and progress in our private group—so you’re not alone. It’s a real clean eating challenge, and the group energy is contagious.
The ‘Sang ka Rang’ Effect
We believe in ‘sang ka rang chadhta hi chadhta hai’ (you become like the company you keep). Our virtual fitness accountability group isn’t just for check-ins—it's where you get pushed and cheered on by others who actually get it.

My Story
Hey, we’re Groovers Academy. Started by an engineer who swapped circuits for squats and Zumba beats. Honestly, it’s wild seeing people from all over join us—some want to lose weight, some just want to have fun moving. My own dad learned squats with us! We’re big on celebrating every win, even the small ones. For us, fitness is about feeling stronger, together. Yeh journey sabka hai (this journey belongs to everyone).
My Work
What We Offer - Online Zumba classes, Bollywood dance fitness, strength training, yoga, pilates, plus Bollywood & Hip Hop for kids and adults.
Flexible Timings - Over 10 Zoom batches daily, from early morning to late night. Join whenever, wherever.
