About Meet the Groovers Academy Team
Our instructors do more than lead workouts. When you join a live session, you get real-time form correction, genuine motivation, and a team that actually knows your name. We believe the energy you bring to a class is influenced by the company you keep, which is why our coaches are trained to push, cheer, and hold you accountable until the very last rep.
We are a collective of certified fitness coaches, dancers, and athletes who believe that fitness should not feel like a chore. From Zumba and Bollywood dance fitness to Strength training and Yoga, our team brings a variety of expertise directly into your living room.
Why we prioritize live sessions
We moved away from pre-recorded videos because they lack the 'sang ka rang' factor. Fitness is inherently social. Whether it is Saugat leading a strength circuit or Nupur guiding a Zumba flow, we want you to feel the energy of the class. It is much harder to skip a workout when you know your coach is waiting for you on Zoom. You get real-time feedback, form correction, and that necessary push to finish the set.
Our coaching philosophy
We focus on consistency over intensity. Anyone can have a great workout for one day, but the goal is to show up for thirty days straight. Our coaches are here to help you break through mental barriers, ditch the habits holding you back, and build a routine that sticks. You will find us cheering for the small wins, adjusting your form in real-time, and helping you stay on track even when life gets busy. We are here to help you build the discipline that makes fitness a part of your daily life, not just an occasional activity.
