Standard Melamine Polish
Surface Prep & Application
- Stripping & Filling: Mechanical scraping of old coatings and wood filler application to hide cracks or holes.
- 3-Step Sanding: Progressive smoothing using 120, 220, and 320 grit sandpaper.
- Coating: 2 coats of Sealer followed by 2 coats of Melamine topcoat (Matte or Gloss).
- Method: Spray gun used for large flat surfaces; hand-rubbed finish used for intricate carvings.

- Brands: MRF Vapocure or Asian Paints Melamyne.
- Protection: Moderate heat and scratch resistance. Suitable for interior use only.
- Staining: Walnut, teak, or rosewood tone changes included if requested.

7-Step Process
- Deep Prep: Extensive sanding to expose fresh wood layers followed by staining.
- Multi-Coat System: Alternating layers of Sealer and Sanding, finished with chemically cured PU Top Coat.
- Finish: Available in Dead Matte to High Gloss (Mirror effect).
Performance & Tech
- Durability: Chemically bonds to wood for a plastic-like shield against UV rays, moisture, and hot spills.
- Longevity: Non-yellowing formula (unlike Melamine) suitable for exterior main doors and dining tables.
- Application: Pneumatic spray compressors used for a zero-brush-mark finish.
- Materials: Asian Paints Woodtech PU or ICA Wood Coatings.
Duco Automotive-Grade Finish
Surface Transformation
- Grain Filling: Heavy application of NC Putty to completely hide wood texture/grain.
- Priming: Grey surfacer applied to create a neutral base for the color.
- Colouring: Spray application of Duco or 2K paint in any solid colour (White, Teal, Grey, etc.).
Buffing & Finish
- Automotive Shine: Post-application cutting and rubbing to achieve a car-paint-like gloss.
- Best For: MDF wardrobes, modern kitchen cabinets, or renovating old furniture with surface damage.
- Repairability: Scratches are easier to touch up compared to clear PU polish.

How We Do It
Hamare yahan respect sabse pehle aata hai (For us, respect comes first). We check your space, discuss options, prep everything properly (masking matters!), and then get to work - spray gun wood finishing or hand polish, whatever suits best. We use several layers for lasting results.

My Story
