- Coats: 2 Coats of Paint.
- Surface Prep: Touch-up Putty only. Only visible large holes are filled. No full wall smoothening.
- Priming: Spot priming on repaired areas only.
Execution Details
- Protection: Basic masking of electrical switchboards and skirting edges.
- Cleaning: Dry broom sweeping of the floor after completion.
- Speed: Rapid execution (2-3 days for standard apartments).
Key Exclusions
- Deep crack filling or dampness treatment.
- Full wall sanding (undulations will remain visible).
Premium Smooth Finish
Scope of Work
- Paint Grade: Premium Acrylic Emulsion (Low-sheen/Soft-sheen, stain-resistant and washable).
- Coats: 1 Coat Primer + 2 Coats Paint.
- Surface Prep: Full Surface Preparation. Thorough sanding followed by 2 coats of Acrylic Putty for a smooth base.
- Consultation: Professional guidance on colors and trends.
Execution & Protection
- Furniture Protection: Covering all furniture, floors, and fixtures with drop cloths/plastic sheets.
- Crack Proofing: Widening and filling cracks with specialized crack-fill paste.
- Cleanup: Paint spots removed from tiles/switchboards; room left move-in ready.
- Tools: Roller finish for uniform coverage (no brush marks).
Luxury High-Sheen & Textures
Scope of Work
- Paint Grade: Luxury Emulsion (High sheen, Teflon surface protection, highly washable).
- Coats: 1 Coat Primer + 2-3 Coats Luxury Paint.
- Level 5 Surface Prep: 3 Coats of Wall Putty + machine sanding for a mirror-like flat surface.
- Texture Inclusion: Includes one Feature/Accent Wall per major room (Sponging, Spatula, or Geometric patterns).

- Dampness Check: Moisture meter assessment before painting.
