- Brands: Asian Paints Melamyne, Berger Woodkeeper, or equivalent commercial grade.
- Process: 3-step sanding (Grit 80, 120, 320) followed by staining (Walnut, Teak, etc.) and sealing.
- Site Care: Masking of handles/hinges and floor protection sheets. Includes post-work sawdust cleanup.
Premium PU Spray Finish: 2K System
Scope of Work
- Surface Compatibility: Ideal for MDF, Veneer, Fluted Panels, and intricate CNC cuts.
- Technique: Compressor-based Spray Gun application for a stroke-free, uniform coating.
- Variations: Clear PU (shows grain) or Pigmented PU (solid opaque colors) in Matte, Satin, or High Gloss.
- Site Setup: Full room masking with plastic drop cloths to create a dust-free enclosure.
