Wall Stencil Art & Design
Scope of Work
- Surface Prep: Light sanding with 320-grit paper to remove dust and undulations.
- Base Coat: Application of one coat of premium interior emulsion (e.g., Royale or equivalent) to refresh the background.
- Design Application: Execution of catalog designs (Nature themes, Mandalas, or Quotes) using laser-cut PVC stencils and high-density foam rollers.
- Detailing: Usage of up to 2 contrasting colors for design elements.
Materials & Tools
- Paints: Branded luxury emulsion (Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux) for a washable finish.
- Tools: Specialized sponge rollers for bleed-free edges and masking tape for border protection.

- Designs are selected from an existing catalog. This does not include hand-painted custom murals.
Textured Accent Wall Finishes
Surface Preparation
- Leveling: 2 coats of acrylic wall putty to ensure a smooth, undulated surface required for adhesion.
- Priming: Application of one coat of interior grade primer.
Texture Application
- Base Layer: Application of premium emulsion base color matching the theme.
- Pattern Creation: Application of texture medium (e.g., Royale Play) manipulated with tools like Spatulas, Combs, Rags, or Sea Sponges.
- Finishing: Application of protective top glaze or metallic sheen (Gold/Silver/Copper) based on selection.
Design Tiers
- Standard: Sponging, Ragging, Combing, or Brushing effects.
- Premium: Safari, Dune, or Stucco Marble finishes.
Wood Polishing & Restoration
Wood Preparation
- Scraping: Manual removal of old varnish or paint using metal scrapers to expose raw wood grain.
- Sanding: 3-step progressive sanding (Grit 80 to 320) to create a glass-like base.
- Filling: Application of wood filler putty mixed with matching stain to seal cracks and joints.
Staining & Polishing
- Color: Application of wood stain (Walnut, Teak, Rosewood, or Mahogany) to achieve desired tone.
- Sealing: Application of sanding sealer to lock the grain.
- Top Coat: Final finish using French Polish (Hand), Varnish, or Melamine spray/brush (Matte or Glossy).
Materials
- Brands: Sheenlac, Asian Paints Woodtech, or MRF.
- Tools: Soft muslin cloth for hand polishing or spray equipment for Melamine.
