Scope of Work
- Paint Grade: Economy Emulsion (Tractor/Bison) or Distemper.
- Application: 1 to 2 coats depending on wall condition.
- Prep: Spot putty for visible nail holes only. No full wall sanding or primer.
Process & Protection
- Speed: Express delivery (1-2 days).
- Protection: Basic newspaper masking for heavy furniture.
- Cleanup: Dry sweeping of paint flakes.
Exclusions
- Painting of doors, windows, or grills.
- Deep cleaning of floors.
Premium Interior Painting (Washable)
Scope of Work
- Paint Grade: Premium to Luxury Emulsion (Apcolite/Royale) with washable finish.
- Process: 3-Step standard: Mechanical Sanding + 1 Coat Primer + 2 Coats Top-Coat.
- Prep: Crack filling with acrylic fillers for a smooth surface.
Professional Care
- Masking: Plastic drop cloths and tape for floors, switches, and furniture.
- Post-Job: Removal of paint spots and furniture rearrangement.
- Consultation: Digital color visualization or shade cards provided.
Warranty
- 1 to 2 year performance warranty against peeling.
Exterior Painting & Weatherproofing
Preparation
- Cleaning: High-pressure jet washing to remove moss, dust, and loose paint.

Wood Polishing & Enamel Finishes
Variant 1: Enamel Paint (Budget)
- Process: Sanding followed by 2 coats of oil paint.
- Finish: Solid glossy color (White/Brown) that hides wood grain.
Variant 2: Melamine Polish (Mid-Range)
- Process: Scraping, staining, sealer, and top coat.
- Finish: Retains natural wood grain visibility (Matt or Gloss).
Variant 3: PU Polish (Luxury)
- Process: Heavy sanding with spray application of Polyurethane.
- Finish: High gloss or dead matt with superior heat and water resistance.
