About Plated Meals & Main Courses
When you order our Family Style Mains, such as the Burmese Khow Suey or Thai Green Curry, we deliver the curry and the sides separately to ensure nothing loses its texture. Each 1kg portion serves 3 to 4 adults and includes a complete condiment kit. This includes everything from fried garlic and crushed peanuts to fresh lemon wedges and herbs, allowing you to assemble the perfect, restaurant-quality bowl in your own home.
Our approach to plated meals is rooted in the belief that dining at home should rival a restaurant experience. Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner or seeking a refined weekend meal, we remove the stress of preparation so you can focus on your guests.
Our menu balances the comfort of slow-cooked Asian favorites with the elegance of Continental roasting. We adhere strictly to a policy of using only fresh ingredients, meaning nothing is ever frozen or pre-made. Every Khow Suey, Thai curry, or whole roasted chicken is prepared in our Mahim kitchen specifically for your order, ensuring the flavors are vibrant and the textures are correct.
Because we prioritize quality over speed, we require a pre-order window of 4 to 24 hours. This allows us to source the finest produce and dedicate the necessary time to slow-roasting our meats or perfecting our signature spice blends. We offer extensive customization for all dietary needs, including Jain-friendly and vegan options.
