About Our Story: The Founders & Team
Our journey began in a 100 square foot kitchen with one induction cooktop, a single fridge, and a drive to do things differently. We decided early on that we would not take shortcuts, which is why we strictly require a 4 to 24-hour lead time for all orders to ensure every meal is prepared fresh from scratch, not frozen.
While the kitchen is the heart of our business, our story is really about a partnership. I, Pooja, bring the culinary perspective from my background in production and food styling, while Khyati handles the business strategy and brand growth. We realized quickly that running a successful kitchen is not a one-person job. It requires a balance of passion for flavor and a sharp eye for operations.
We operate from our dedicated kitchen in Mahim, where our team focuses on quality over speed. Whether we are styling an Asian-inspired grazing table or assembling luxury hampers, we maintain a focus on freshness. We avoid frozen bases and reused oils because we want our clients to feel nourished, not just full. Our process is rooted in intention. When you engage with us, you are not just booking a vendor, you are bringing a team into your home or office that values the integrity of the ingredients as much as the final presentation.
