When you choose a custom design, we don't just bake; we collaborate. Whether it’s a specific hobby you want to highlight or a mix of styles like vintage Lambeth piping with a modern twist, I love sketching these out with you to ensure the final result feels personal, not mass-produced.

Every cake I bake is a bit of an adventure. Because I work from my home studio in Malleshwaram, I have the flexibility to experiment with techniques that you won't find in mass-produced options.

My process blends taste and art. I use Swiss or American buttercream for that melt-in-your-mouth finish and structure, while reserving fondant for the details—like hand-sculpted 3D figurines, logos, or specific thematic cutouts. If you want something truly unique, like a cake based on an inside joke or a specific memory, I’m all for it. We can do hand-painted edible sketches or build a custom scene that captures exactly what you need.

Since these designs often require extra prep time for sculpting or finding the right color palette, please reach out at least a week in advance. This gives me enough time to plan, source materials, and make sure your cake is ready to be the highlight of your celebration.
