Junior and Kids Squash Coaching
We build strong foundations through fun, movement, and structured technique. Our programs help young players develop the coordination and skills needed for a lifetime of squash.
We introduce squash to children with fun, game-based learning. Using balloons helps develop crucial hand-eye coordination and racket control in a playful and encouraging environment.

About Junior & Kids Programs (Under 14)
When we first meet a young student, the racket often does not even enter the equation. We use balloons and soft balls to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, and spatial awareness before moving on to the standard squash ball. It keeps the game light and fun while teaching them the movement patterns they will need later.
Our approach shifts based on age. For kids under 9, the court is a playground. We use games and creative drills with balloons and cones to build coordination without the pressure of strict technique. Once they hit the 10 to 14 age group, the shift happens. We introduce structured coaching where grip, stance, and court movement become the priority.
At the core of every session is the movement. As we often say, focus on the movement and the swing opens up on its own. We ensure students are not just hitting the ball but understanding the 'T' spot and anticipation. We want every child to love the game before we push them for competitive drills.
We operate across various partner schools and sports complexes in Delhi and Noida, including Ahlcon International and Delhi Public School GBN. Whether you are looking for an after-school activity or competitive preparation, our programs are designed to fit into your schedule while ensuring consistent development. We keep our groups managed so every child gets individual feedback. If you are worried about your child's commitment, remember that our initial goal is simply to build a relationship with the sport. Once they feel the rhythm of the game, discipline becomes natural.
