About Junior & Kids Programs (Under 14)

When we first meet a young student, the racket often does not even enter the equation. We use balloons and soft balls to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, and spatial awareness before moving on to the standard squash ball. It keeps the game light and fun while teaching them the movement patterns they will need later.
