Dynamic mobility training, like these Animal Flow movements, is a core part of my prehab programs. This type of bodyweight exercise improves coordination, flexibility, and strength through fluid motion, preparing your body for any challenge.

The Spiderman Crawl is a full body exercise that I incorporate into mobility training. It effectively raises the heart rate while building core strength and targeting nearly every major muscle group, from shoulders to calves.

The Crab Walk is another excellent full body exercise that improves coordination and strengthens the triceps, shoulders, core, and glutes. It's a functional movement that enhances stability and control.

I use movements like the Beast Walk to improve total body coordination and core control. This exercise challenges stability and strength, helping to build a more resilient and athletic foundation.
