Meet Your Coach: My Journey & Fitness Philosophy
I’m not here to sell you a quick fix. I’m a fitness coach and a new mom who believes that real change happens when we stop comparing and start building habits that fit our chaotic, beautiful lives.
A quick summary of who I am. My journey from fashion designer to fitness coach was driven by my passion for helping women, especially new moms, feel strong and confident.
Hello folks! Here's a lightning-fast intro to me. I'm here to support you with personalized guidance in nutrition and fitness.
This is what real life looks like. It's messy and chaotic, but prioritizing my own physical and mental sanity helps me be a better mom.
This is a reality check for anyone who says 'tumse na hopayega'. I'm here to prove that new moms can and should prioritize their own fitness and self-love.
I say a big 'NO' to the habit of 'Kal se pakka' (definitely from tomorrow). The journey starts now, with one small step.
Keeping track of my progress helps me stay accountable. As a coach and a new mom, I know how tough it can be, but self-help is the best help.
A simple photo, but a powerful reminder for my future self of how far I've come.
I love this jacket! It's a reminder that you can still have your own style and be a mom. You don't have to lose yourself.
Out and about with my little one. Being strong enough to carry him around without pain is a non-negotiable for me.
When the good news came, my plans changed completely. Life is about embracing these changes with an open heart and seizing the moment.
About Meet Your Coach: My Life & Philosophy
I don't believe in gym marathons or crash diets, especially when you are balancing motherhood. When I recovered from my own C-section, I learned that you don't need fancy equipment to heal; you just need consistency and a plan that actually fits into your daily routine. That is what I bring to you—the same logic I used to rebuild my strength while managing my household.
My Coaching Philosophy
I became a fitness coach because I was tired of seeing advice that didn't apply to real women. My philosophy is simple: Karnesehoga (it will happen if you do it).
Whether you are navigating postpartum recovery, PCOD, or just trying to lose weight without giving up Roti and Dal, my approach is built on sustainability. We don't cut out food groups. We don't spend hours at the gym. We work with what you have: your kitchen, your living room, and your schedule.
What You Get With My Programs
- 1:1 Personalized Attention: No cookie-cutter templates. You get a plan that matches your current health status, energy levels, and recovery phase.
- Habit-Based Coaching: We focus on the basics—sleep, hydration, and movement. These are the bricks that build your long-term health.
- Honest Guidance: If you are a new mom, I get it. I have been through the exhaustion and the 'mom guilt.' I am your accountability partner, here to remind you that self-love isn't selfish.
It is time to stop waiting for tomorrow and start focusing on small, manageable wins today. If you are ready to reclaim your health without losing your mind, let’s get started.
