About My Postpartum Fitness Journey

Postpartum recovery isn't just about losing the baby weight; it's about reconnecting with a body that has done the incredible work of creating life. When I started my journey, I didn't rush into high-intensity workouts. I focused on gentle core engagement and pelvic floor healing, the non-negotiables that actually make a difference long-term. Whether you are recovering from a C-section or a natural birth, the most important step is consistency, not intensity.
