About The Buddy Experience

My coaching process is built on making small, manageable adjustments to your existing lifestyle—like incorporating portion control with your usual home-cooked meals—rather than forcing you to buy exotic foods or spend hours in a gym. If you have been struggling to stay motivated or feel overwhelmed by conflicting fitness advice, my daily WhatsApp support ensures you have someone in your corner to troubleshoot plateaus and keep you on track.
How My Coaching Works
When you start, we don't just jump into a generic workout plan. We look at your current life, your work hours, your stress levels, and the health conditions you might be managing, such as PCOS or postpartum recovery. My goal is to make fitness fit into your life, not make your life revolve around fitness.
The Buddy Approach Fitness can be lonely and confusing. That is why I provide daily support via WhatsApp. You can message me when you feel stuck, have questions about a meal, or need a push to get your workout done. We also have weekly audio calls to review your progress, troubleshoot any issues, and adjust your plans so they remain effective.
Sustainable Nutrition Forget expensive supplements or complicated meal prep. I work with the food you already eat. We focus on:
- Portion Control: Enjoying biryani or ice cream while still hitting your goals.
- Home-Cooked Meals: Keeping your diet practical with simple Roti, Dal, and Sabzi options.
- Flexibility: Teaching you how to handle social events, travel, and festivals without feeling guilty.
Training for Real Life Whether you are a beginner or looking to get stronger, we focus on compound movements. I provide video form correction for lifts like squats and deadlifts to ensure you are safe and efficient. My plans are designed for both home and gym environments, meaning you can train wherever you are comfortable.
