- Workouts are simple, home-based, and don’t need fancy equipment. I show you exactly how to do them, and check your form with video feedback.
- I’m big on core recovery, especially if you’re dealing with diastasis recti or healing after a C-section. Exercises are gentle but effective at helping your body actually recover.
My Role
- I’m not just sending you a plan and disappearing. Daily check-ins, weekly calls, and honest chats when motivation dips. We’ll figure it out together - ho jayega.
