I care about helping you make changes you can stick to, not just giving you a quick fix. Weight loss is great, but for me, the bigger win is when you actually start feeling fitter and more confident in your own skin - and you don’t end up hating food or workouts in the process.
How I Work With You
I coach with a lot of patience, and I’ll always explain the reason behind every step. We focus on real-life stuff, not Insta-fad routines.
- I use your regular home-cooked meal plans, not weird diet foods.
- No food groups are banned, so don’t worry - you can still have your favorite khaana (food).
- Portion control and flexibility, not starvation.
- I’ll help you fit in biryani or ice cream (in moderation!) so you never feel punished.
- Strength training for beginners or pros, with a big focus on form. I’ll send you video feedback so you actually get better, not just sweat more.
- Plans work for both gym and home - you decide.
Beyond Diet & Exercise
Fitness isn’t just about sets and reps. I’ll push you to move more in your day (steps matter!), stay hydrated, and improve your sleep. It’s about building habits, not just following orders.

My Story
Hey, I’m Bharat. Fitness for me isn’t just gym time—most Sundays you’ll catch me kicking a ball or swinging a bat, not counting reps. I’m big on adventure too, rafting in Rishikesh is my jam. Being active clears my head, helps me feel alive. I love sharing that buzz with others. For me, it’s all about helping you feel good, fit in your old jeans, or just have energy for life. Numbers on a scale? Not my thing.
