Who I Work With
I create plans for folks dealing with things like PCOS, hypothyroidism, postpartum recovery (including Diastasis Recti), Type 2 Diabetes, and the usual aches - knees, backs, you know the drill. If you’re tired all the time, sleep’s a mess, or stress is running wild, I’ll help you sort that too.
How We Get Results
I coach online, so doesn’t matter if you’re in Delhi or some gaon (village) - we’re good. Here’s how it works:
- We start by talking about your health, lifestyle, and food habits.
- I put together a plan: nutrition (no crash diets, just simple home food), exercise for your condition (from diabetes management through exercise to fitness for joint pain relief), and habits you can actually keep.
- Daily chats and weekly calls to track progress, fix problems, and keep you pumped.
My Method
No fancy jargon. I explain things in simple terms so you know why you’re doing what you’re doing. Nutrition plans are built around dal-chawal (lentils and rice) and the occasional biryani - no guilt. Training focuses on form and injury prevention, whether you’ve got a full gym or just a mat.
