No fancy jargon. I explain things in simple terms so you know why you’re doing what you’re doing. Nutrition plans are built around dal-chawal (lentils and rice) and the occasional biryani - no guilt. Training focuses on form and injury prevention, whether you’ve got a full gym or just a mat.
