Fitness is about living, not just lifting
I don't just coach fitness—I live it. Here is a glimpse into how I stay active outside the gym and how that balance fuels my coaching approach.
Sometimes the best therapy is a quiet hilltop at sunset. Finding peace and staying active in nature is a big part of my fitness philosophy.
Taking a break on the football field. Playing a sport is one of my favorite ways to stay active and have fun.
A little Sunday cricket practice. It's important to find activities you love to keep moving.
Barefoot deadlifts in the gym. Connecting with the ground helps with stability and form.
Enjoying a moment of adventure with some river rafting in Rishikesh.
Walking on the turf after a good game. Every step counts.
Friday hustle at the performance centre. Putting in the work with some heavy deadlifts and hip thrusts.
Just a few reasons why working out is so important. It's about stronger muscles, better mood, and improved brain function.
Taking a moment to relax. Rest and recovery are just as important as the workout itself.
Focused during a workout. This is my zone.
About My Life Outside the Gym
Fitness is meant to be a part of life, not your whole life. Whether I am on a football pitch or trekking a quiet hilltop, my goal is to find movement that feels good rather than like a chore. I coach my clients to do exactly the same—building habits that fit into your actual schedule, so you stay active even on days you aren't training.
Too many people think fitness only happens when you are staring at a clock in the gym. My philosophy is that your movement habits—your steps, your Sunday sports, your active vacations—are just as important as your dedicated workout hours. When I am not coaching, you will find me playing football, cricket, or heading out for a trek in Rishikesh.
This approach is central to my coaching style. If you treat fitness like a punishment, you will eventually quit. If you treat it like an exploration—like I do with my own hobbies—it becomes sustainable. My 12-week and 24-week programs are designed to help you find that balance.
We focus on realistic, science-backed habit formation. We do not ban food groups or mandate exotic ingredients. We use your home food—roti, dal, and sabzi—and simple, scalable workouts that you can do at home or the gym. I provide the structure and the daily WhatsApp support, but you provide the consistency. Whether you are a busy professional or a new mom, my job is to help you build a version of yourself that is fitter, stronger, and more energetic, without giving up the things you love.
