Winning isn't just about training hard, it is about the peak week protocol that decides the look of your physique on show day. From water depletion to salt manipulation, the difference between a gold medal and coming in fifth is often in these final seven days. If you are serious about competing, you need a coach who handles the backstage grind, including tanning, pumping up, and last-minute posing, so you can focus entirely on the stage.
The photos in this gallery are the result of months of struggle, or jaddojahad, as we call it in the gym. Every trophy here represents a specific cycle of contest prep where we had to balance calorie intake, manage fatigue, and adjust training splits based on visual progress.
My approach to competition prep is strictly results-oriented. Whether you are aiming for Classic Physique, Men's Physique, or Open Bodybuilding, I do not believe in shortcuts or flexible dieting when you are weeks away from a show. My system uses a traditional bodybuilding diet focused on protein and carb cycling to ensure you arrive on stage dry, grainy, and full.
We train to win, but the work starts long before you step on stage. We spend the off-season building quality muscle mass, not just fluff.
