- Peak Week Protocol: We don't guess. We manage your water, sodium, and carbohydrate intake daily, sometimes hourly, to ensure your conditioning is razor-sharp on show day.
- Posing Mastery: You can have the best physique, but if you can't show it, you lose. I personally choreograph your mandatory poses—Lat Spread, Side Chest, and more—until they feel natural and dominant.
- Backstage Concierge: The show is not just the stage. I am with you backstage to manage your pump-up, apply the stage tan, and keep your head in the game.
