We dedicate ample time to deep, seated stretches. These forward folds are fantastic for releasing tension in the lower back and increasing hamstring flexibility, which is crucial for overall mobility.
Our sessions include a variety of deep stretches and seated spinal twists. These poses are essential for improving posture, decompressing the spine, and aiding digestion.
We work on opening up the hips with poses like Pigeon Pose and seated wide-legged forward folds. This helps relieve tightness that comes from sitting for long periods and improves overall comfort.
Our instructors guide you through supine leg stretches and gentle spinal twists. These movements are perfect for cooling down, improving hamstring flexibility, and releasing lower back tension.
We help you build the strength and confidence for inversions like the headstand, which improves circulation, while also focusing on foundational poses like the bridge pose for spinal health.
