Finding your balance is a journey, not a destination. We practice foundational balancing poses like Tree Pose and Chair Pose to build stability, concentration, and leg strength.
From the grounding Tree Pose to the more challenging Warrior III, our classes are designed to improve your balance and focus. Each pose helps strengthen your core and stabilizing muscles.
Our trainers provide hands-on assistance to help you master challenging balancing poses like Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana). This personalized guidance ensures you practice safely and effectively.

After the intensity, we often wind down with focus work like Trataka Kriya (candle-gazing) to clear the mind. We celebrate milestones, big and small, because that’s just the Turbo way.
