About Coming Soon: MMA Basics
We are currently finalizing our studio floor with high-impact EVA foam mats and USI heavy bags to ensure your training is both safe and intense. We are building this program for everyone, from total beginners to those who want to learn real grappling and ground moves, so we are making sure the space is ready for proper contact work.
What to Expect
Our upcoming MMA basics program is designed to move you beyond standard gym routines. We are moving away from monotonous treadmill cardio and introducing a mix of striking, footwork, and ground control.
The focus areas will include:
- Striking Basics: Understanding stance, guard, and proper punch mechanics.
- Grappling Fundamentals: Introduction to ground moves, balance, and positioning.
- Conditioning: High-intensity drills that build stamina, specifically designed for combat fitness.
