I do not believe in magic—only sweat and determination. Whether you are a pro athlete or starting fresh, my training focuses on speed, power, and the specific mental toughness you need inside and outside the ring.
Precision and power are drilled relentlessly. Here, I'm working the pads with a client, focusing on boxing combinations, defensive movements, and the conditioning required to stay sharp in a fight.
Footwork is everything in the ring. This drill uses light dumbbells to add resistance while practicing foot movement, improving speed, coordination, and leg endurance under fatigue.
My training is guided by a warrior's code. As the saying goes, "A Kshatriya lives for 18 years; to live longer is a disgrace." On the battlefield, there is only victory or a hero's death. This is the mindset I train with.

When you step into my ring, we do not just throw punches. We focus heavily on footwork drills using light resistance to build explosive speed, paired with defensive pad work that forces you to stay sharp even under fatigue. It is not about looking good; it is about building the reflexes and stamina to survive and thrive in any fight.
My boxing training is not a casual cardio class you attend to burn a few calories. It is a calculated, brutal, and rewarding process designed to forge a fighter’s mindset. In these sessions, we focus on the fundamental mechanics of the sport.
The Combat Approach
We break down the basics—jabs, crosses, hooks—and the essential footwork that keeps you agile. I teach you to manage your breath, control your movement under pressure, and always maintain your guard. ‘Gard rakh’ is the first rule because a fighter who does not protect themselves does not last long.
Building Functional Endurance
Beyond the heavy bag, we use unconventional tools to keep the body guessing. You will be doing HIIT circuits with battle ropes, sled pushes, and tire flips to ensure that when your heart rate spikes, your body still responds. We are building endurance that translates to real-world power, not just gym stamina.
