About Nurturing Young Talent at Schools

When I sit at the judge's desk, my focus is never just on assigning a score. I watch for the clarity of Taal (rhythm) during complex footwork and the depth of Bhaav (expression) in a student's eyes. I believe that school competitions are a sacred space for growth, which is why I prioritize providing specific, constructive feedback that helps every participant understand the importance of their Riaz (practice) and stage presence, regardless of their final ranking.
