About From Practice to Performance

Preparing for a performance involves much more than just perfecting the Tatkar (footwork) and Hastas (hand gestures). At Sāttvatī, we integrate stage presence training from the very first lesson. I guide my students to understand the Abhinaya (expression) behind every piece, ensuring they are not just performing steps, but truly telling a story to the audience.
