About A Respected Voice in Education

When I sit on a judging panel, I am not looking for the most polished act. I look for the student who has found their voice, the one who is taking risks with their emotions, and the one who has engaged with the process rather than just memorizing lines. My role is to offer feedback that encourages students to keep exploring, teaching them that their performance is a reflection of their personal growth rather than just a score.
