At Fusion, we use a 60-minute session structure that blends high-intensity Step Aerobics with bodyweight functional drills like burpees and planks. Unlike standard gyms where you might feel lost or bored, our studio uses professional shock-absorbing flooring and high-bass audio to keep the energy up, ensuring your joints are protected while you work towards your stamina goals.

Why Step Aerobics and Functional Training?

Many people start their fitness journey with excitement but drop out after two weeks because of monotony. We designed our 'Sweat & Sculpt' program to prevent exactly that. By rotating between dance-based cardio and functional strength exercises, we keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.

What to expect in a session: Each class runs for 60 minutes and is strictly non-judgmental. We start with a warm-up, move into high-energy Step Aerobics using rhythmic beats, and finish with functional training sets—think planks, squats, and burpees. Everything is done on our air-conditioned studio floor, which is designed with shock absorption so you can jump without worrying about your knees.

Location and Logistics: Located in Old Rajinder Nagar, our studio is easily accessible for those living near Shankar Road and Rajendra Palace. We offer flexible batch options, including 12-session (3 days/week) or 20-session (5 days/week) monthly plans. Whether you are a beginner or looking to level up your strength, you get personal attention to fix your form, ensuring you don't just do the move, but do it right.
