About Themed Workshops & Events for Kids
I’m Deepika, and I run Fun with the Munchkins because I think play matters more than perfection. If you’ve got a kid who’s curious, chatty, or just loves a good mess, my workshops are built for them. We host at different spots around Bangalore, like friendly cafés and clubhouses, so there’s always somewhere new to explore.
What We Do
- I create themed workshops for all ages (babies to teens) - from sensory play sessions for toddlers to creative kids workshops for older ones.
- We dive into stories, festivals, and hands-on science. Sometimes we get lost in books, other times we’re mixing potions or making stuff for Mother’s Day.
- Festival themed parties for children are a big hit - Halloween monster bashes, Christmas animal meetups, and even Cinco De Mayo. Kids love the crafts, games, and themed snacks.
How it Feels
- Every session is hands-on and interactive - no boring lectures, promise.
- All materials are provided, and sometimes goody bags or certificates tag along too.
- I plan stuff for specific age groups, so toddlers aren’t stuck with teen puzzles and vice versa.

My Story
Hey, we’re Fun with the Munchkins. Started out with my own girls, water beads everywhere, and lots of wild ideas—play’s for everyone, not just chhotu bachchas (little kids). We mix tradition with a dash of crazy, like choco lava cakes for Janamashtami! Books are our jam, and nothing beats seeing kids light up at a good story. Writing, reading, celebrating—always about sharing joy and letting kids be themselves.
