Why I Make These Kits
I’m Deepika, and I started Fun with the Munchkins because I wanted to make learning joyful, not just another task. I put together these curated at-home activity kits so families can find a bit of magic in the everyday, right in their own living room. It’s all about laughing, making things, and just being together - even if things get a little messy.
What’s Inside
Every box is based on a theme (usually a festival or special day) and is packed with:
- DIY crafts (think paints, glue, glitter - sab kuch milega, everything is included)
- Fun learning sheets to spark questions and stories
- Sometimes, a little edible craft, like a cookie kit or DIY cake mix
I keep everything simple so kids can do most activities on their own, but there’s plenty for you to join in too. No fancy set-up or rare supplies needed.

My Story
Hey, we’re Fun with the Munchkins. Started out with my own girls, water beads everywhere, and lots of wild ideas—play’s for everyone, not just chhotu bachchas (little kids). We mix tradition with a dash of crazy, like choco lava cakes for Janamashtami! Books are our jam, and nothing beats seeing kids light up at a good story. Writing, reading, celebrating—always about sharing joy and letting kids be themselves.
