Certified Lifeguard Staffing
Shift & Coverage
- Deployment: 1 Male lifeguard (Age 20 to 35) deployed for 8 hours daily.
- Reliever Policy: Immediate replacement provided by the agency in case of staff absenteeism.
Certification & Safety
- Qualifications: Staff holds valid RLSS India, NISA, or equivalent certification.
- Rescue Skills: Proficient in deep water recovery, spinal injury management, and towing techniques.
- First Aid: Knowledge of CPR and AED usage for basic life support.
Duties & Discipline
- Surveillance: Constant pool deck monitoring and enforcement of no mobile phone policy.
- Rule Enforcement: Managing crowd behavior, checking swim attire, and enforcing shower protocols.
- Reporting: Maintenance of daily accident reports and chemical reading logs.
Uniform & Grooming
- Attire: Official FMA yellow/red polo uniforms with shorts or track pants.
- Standards: Strict adherence to grooming (clean shaven/trimmed) and hygiene.
Resident Swimming Coach Staffing
Credentials & Skills
- Expertise: Coach holds NIS certificate, ASCA certification, or state/national competitive experience.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi for effective interaction with residents and guests.
- Training Levels: Capable of teaching Infant, Learn to Swim (LTS), Stroke Correction, and Competitive conditioning.
Scope of Work
- Batch Management: Conducting scheduled morning and evening group classes.
- Events: Organization of intra society swim meets or aquatic community days.
- Safety: Acts as senior safety officer on deck during coaching hours.

- Curriculum: Usage of FMA training plans and lesson structures.
- Audits: Periodic site visits by senior FMA head coaches for quality checks.

Pool Plant & Maintenance Operator
Technical Operations
- Plant Management: Operation of sand/cartridge filtration plants and pump timing management.
- Backwashing: Routine procedures to ensure filter efficiency.
- Testing: Daily water parameter testing using standard kits.
Chemical Dosing
- Balancing: Handling TCCA 90, Liquid Chlorine, Acid, and Alum.
- Targets: Maintenance of neutral pH (7.2 to 7.6) and safe chlorine levels.
Cleaning Duties
- Vacuuming: Daily manual suction sweeping of the pool floor to remove debris.
- Surface Care: Skimming of floating leaves and insects.
- Hygiene: Washing down pool deck areas to prevent slippery surfaces.

Namaste, I’m Aryaveer Kumar, log mujhe Fashion Model Arya bhi bulate hain. Gaon ki nadi se lekar international swimming pools tak ka safar kiya hai maine. Paani mera dost hai, aur swimming mera junoon. FMA Swimming Institute banaya taaki har koi, chota ya bada, paani se dosti kar sake. Takleef taakat ki aazmaish hai, aur dard kaamyabi ki seedhi – yahi mantra hai mera. Main aapko sikhana chahta hoon, bas hausla chahiye.
