My Personal Fitness Journey and Coaching Philosophy
I didn't start where I am now. My fitness journey was built on early mornings, consistency, and a lot of trial and error. Here is the reality behind my transformation.
This is my personal transformation. The journey has been long, but it has been fun and incredibly rewarding. It's proof that with consistency and dedication, you can build the strength and body you desire.
A moment of progress on my own journey. Building visible abs requires dedication not just in workouts but especially in the kitchen. This is the result of consistent effort and mindful nutrition, showing that strong is beautiful.
About My Own Journey & Philosophy
I didn't reach these goals by accident. My progress is built on 10 years of showing up, often before sunrise, and focusing on simple, home-cooked Indian meals. It is about prioritizing 'ghar ka khana' and consistent movement rather than following expensive, unsustainable trends or complex diets.
My philosophy isn't just about what you see in the mirror. It is about how you feel when you wake up, how you handle stress, and the energy you carry through your day. I spent years trying different fads before realizing that true, lasting change happens when you stop looking for shortcuts.
The Reality of Home-Based Fitness
I run my workouts from home for a reason. You don't need a fancy gym membership or imported superfoods to get strong. My own routine centers on calisthenics, mobility work, and animal flow, all of which I have adapted for my online group sessions. Whether you are a beginner or looking to level up, we focus on functional strength that translates to real life.
Nutrition That Sticks
If you see 'diet' and think about deprivation, my approach will change your mind. I work with my nutritionist, Saru, to create plans that revolve around the food you already have in your kitchen. We focus on gut health, hormone balance, and sustainable energy. You will not find restrictive plans here. We want to fix your relationship with food so you can enjoy your meals without the guilt.
Why the Tribe Matters
Fitness can feel lonely, especially when you are doing it on your own at home. That is why I built this tribe. We are a space for women to show up, be vulnerable about their struggles, and celebrate their wins—big or small. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, recovering post-partum, or just trying to find your rhythm again, you are not doing it alone.
