I started Fitness Wired because I saw too many people hitting the gym for years without seeing real change. They were tired, stressed, and often dealing with back pain or hormonal imbalances like PCOD and thyroid issues. That is why my approach is different.
My methodology focuses on functional strength training using free weights like dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. We don't rely on heavy isolation machines that just build surface muscle. Instead, we train your body to perform better in daily life—whether that is carrying groceries without back pain, staying mobile as you age, or simply having the energy to get through a workday.
