People often ask if we are an aerobics or Zumba studio. The answer is no! Fitness Wired is a lifestyle and fitness studio where we focus on various training formats like TRX, weight training, CrossFit, yoga, boxing, and HIIT. We are all about functional, results-driven fitness.
Our studio is a welcoming space for everyone, including our furry friends! Here I am getting in a TRX workout while my dog supervises. TRX is a great tool for fat loss and building muscle mass, especially for women.
The TRX is a versatile piece of equipment. Here, I'm demonstrating TRX sit-ups into a Y-raise, an exercise that targets the upper and lower abs while also engaging the shoulders and back. It's a fantastic move for building comprehensive core strength.
The TRX row with a twist is an excellent exercise for targeting the love handles and strengthening the entire core. It also works the back and arms. TRX exercises use your body weight as resistance, making them a great option for all fitness levels.

When you walk into our studio at Conscient One, you are joining a community that celebrates milestones like our 2nd anniversary and keeps each other accountable during 21-day challenges. It is about showing up and doing the work together.
At Fitness Wired, we skip the dance steps and focus on the science of movement. You won't find generic Zumba or aerobics here. What you will find are dedicated functional training zones, TRX rigs, and barbells. Our community is built on consistency. We track every milestone, whether it is a client hitting their first pull-up or our group celebrating an anniversary.
We know that for most people, the hardest part of fitness is not the workout—it is the environment. That is why we cultivate a space where ego stays at the door. You will see beginners training alongside seasoned members, all supported by a coach who knows their name and their specific struggles. If you are tired of feeling lost in a big commercial gym, this is the shift you need. We keep batches small and intentional so that the community is not just a buzzword, but a reality. This is where we break plateaus, talk about nutrition, and yes, have a laugh while we are at it.
