I use my training (Master's in Yoga & Consciousness, plus mental health work at NIMHANS) to shape each session to fit your body and your needs. Namaste. I’m Yogini Tejaswini. My yoga path started as a dream, and now it’s just life for me. Studied deep at S-VYASA, got my M.Sc on Swami Vivekananda’s jayanti – felt like a sign, you know? My practice is all about Vedic roots, blessings from my gurus, and lots of retreats. Yoga for me isn’t just stretching – it’s a ‘work-in’. Sitting quiet, meditating, finding that healing space. That’s what I want to share.
