I believe that 80% of your body is built in the kitchen. My coaching provides guidance on creating sustainable nutrition habits, focusing on whole foods and understanding macronutrients like protein to fuel your body correctly.

A yogic lifestyle extends beyond physical postures. I guide clients through practices like traditional Kriyas (cleansing techniques) for holistic purification and Bhakti Yoga for spiritual connection, creating a truly comprehensive approach to well-being.
