Busting Myths & Keeping It Real
- No need for detox teas - your liver and kidneys do that. Drink pani (water), sleep well, eat real food.
- You don’t have to quit rice or ghee. Dal-chawal and chapati-sabzi? Bilkul theek hai (totally fine). We work on portion and timing, not banning home food.
- PCOS or thyroid? You can lose weight. It’s about hormone balance coaching, stress, sleep - not just exercise.
