Corporate and Commercial Architectural Design
We create professional environments that balance structural functionality with brand identity, emphasizing durability and natural light.
The lobby for Torishima Pumps was designed to be open and filled with light, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls and polished granite flooring. The minimalist design and clean lines create a sleek, professional first impression.
At Komet India, the reception area is defined by a curved wooden desk and a grand staircase leading to the upper floors. The combination of polished stone, wood, and metal creates a modern and sophisticated corporate environment.
This view of the multi-level interior at Komet India shows how we use open mezzanines and minimalist steel railings to maintain visual connection between floors. This approach fosters a sense of openness and collaboration within the workspace.
About Corporate & Commercial Architecture
Selecting materials for high-traffic commercial spaces requires a balance between aesthetic intent and long-term maintenance. In our corporate work, we prioritize materials like polished granite and toughened glass not just for their clean, modern look, but for their ability to withstand heavy daily use while maintaining a professional appearance.
Architectural Strategy for Corporate Spaces
We approach commercial design by analyzing movement and work patterns. Whether the project is a manufacturing facility or a corporate headquarters, the architecture must support the user. Our process begins with space planning that optimizes flow, ensuring that lobbies, workspaces, and atriums are not only visually impressive but also operationally efficient.
Materiality and Durability
For commercial interiors, we select materials that perform under pressure. Polished granite flooring offers a professional, low-maintenance foundation for high-traffic lobbies, such as the one we designed for Torishima Pumps. Toughened glass partitions provide openness and transparency, allowing light to penetrate deep into the workspace while providing the necessary acoustic separation for private offices and conference rooms.
Project Execution
Our design process includes full technical documentation, covering MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) planning and acoustic treatments. This ensures that the aesthetic intent of the design is supported by the infrastructure required for modern business operations. In our work for Komet India, we utilized a central staircase and open mezzanines to create a cohesive, collaborative environment. These elements foster a connection between floors, turning a standard office layout into a unified, functional volume.
