Innovative Corporate Interiors & Commercial Lobby Design
We design corporate spaces that move beyond the functional. From naturally ventilated offices to lobbies that define your brand identity, we create work environments where people feel truly inspired.
The facade of the Laurus Labs regional office in Vizag at dusk. The grid-like structure and large glass windows showcase the building's open and transparent design, which was engineered for natural cross-ventilation.
A curved wooden staircase and modern jali screen in the Aurobindo Orbit lobby in Hyderabad. This juxtaposition of materials and forms creates a unique design language, turning a functional lobby into a memorable architectural experience.
The waiting lounge at Laurus Labs, featuring modern grey sofas and circular pendant lights. We designed this space to be comfortable and sophisticated, using a clean material palette of wood and marble.
The main conference room at Laurus Labs. A wood-paneled feature wall and minimalist lighting create a professional and focused environment, with large windows providing ample natural light.
A stepped, amphitheater-style seating area at Laurus Labs. This informal collaboration zone, complete with indoor plants, encourages spontaneous meetings and creative exchange outside of a formal office setting.
The cafeteria at Laurus Labs features floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto a green landscape. We designed this space to be bright and airy, providing employees with a refreshing place to recharge.
The grand lobby of Aurobindo Orbit, showcasing a mix of marble, wood battens on the ceiling, and contemporary furniture. The space was designed to have the sophistication of a hospitality project, creating a strong identity for the building.
A video montage of the Aurobindo Orbit lobby. This clip highlights the dynamic interplay of light, material, and movement, showing how we used a reinterpreted jali pattern to create privacy and visual interest.
About Innovative Workplaces & Lobbies
When we design an office, we prioritize the invisible elements as much as the visible ones. For instance, in our recent work for Laurus Labs, we engineered the layout to rely on natural cross-ventilation, significantly reducing air conditioning dependence even in a large corporate setup. We do not just fill rooms; we map how your team moves, breathes, and collaborates.
In the commercial sector, it is easy for spaces to become banal and uniform. We push back against that. Our approach to office interiors and lobbies is about creating an identity. Whether it is a reception area that needs to communicate a company’s heritage or a workstation floor that must foster spontaneous collaboration, we treat every element as a part of a larger conversation.
Take the Aurobindo Orbit lobby in Hyderabad. The building architecture was global and somewhat generic, so we used the lobby to inject local context. By reinterpreting traditional Jali patterns into a modern metal screen, we provided both visual interest and practical privacy for the offices overlooking the atrium.
We also focus heavily on the human side of corporate design. We build amphitheater-style seating for spontaneous meetings and maximize floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light. Our goal is to create environments that facilitate productivity without feeling sterile. We handle everything from acoustic treatment in conference rooms to creating dry pantry setups and industrial ceiling treatments that keep spaces feeling open and airy. If you have a site with challenging rules or a need for a space that reflects your actual work culture rather than a template, let’s talk.
