Industrial and Commercial Architecture Design
We create industrial and commercial spaces that balance structural engineering with aesthetic intent. From warehouses to showrooms, we integrate function and climate responsiveness into every design.
The completed Om Marble Warehouse in Jigni, a 20,000 sq. ft. project where industrial utility meets modern design. The building serves as both a functional warehouse and a striking showroom for the client's brand.
An angled view of the commercial building, highlighting the contrast between the dark corrugated metal cladding and the warm, patterned terracotta screen. This juxtaposition of materials is a key feature of the building's architectural identity.
This perspective render helped visualize the building's form and its relationship with the surrounding space and access points. 3D modeling is a crucial step in our design process for commercial architecture.
An elevation view from our initial 3D model, used to finalize the building's proportions and material palette. This view clearly shows the integration of the office block with the larger warehouse structure.

About Industrial & Commercial Architecture
Architecture for industry is about balancing scale with precision. When we designed the Om Marble Warehouse in Jigni, our challenge was to separate visitor circulation from heavy logistics movement. We achieved this by using a terracotta screen that functions as both a visual highlight and a climate control element, showing that a warehouse can be functional and aesthetically distinct at the same time.
Our commercial architecture process is rooted in the practical realities of construction. We move beyond simple aesthetic design to act as your complete project partner, handling everything from the initial site zoning to the final structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts.
The Intersection of Art and Science
We approach commercial building design, including warehouses, offices, and showrooms, by analyzing the site's unique constraints. Whether we are planning for heavy structural loads in an industrial shed or optimizing the floor plate for a retail showroom, our team of architects and engineers works as a single unit. This prevents the common disconnect between the design concept and the on-site reality.
Our Technical Approach
- Structural & MEP Engineering: We provide comprehensive engineering drawings for MS sheds, trusses, PEB coordination, and RCC foundations. We map out high-ceiling electrical grids and roof drainage systems before construction begins.
- Strategic Site Planning: We prioritize site zoning to ensure operational efficiency. This includes planning for vehicle turning radii, loading dock placement, and visitor entry points, all while maintaining the building's aesthetic integrity.
- Material Strategy: We select materials like terracotta, industrial steel, and glass to create facades that are cost-effective but visually striking. This allows your commercial property to serve as a strong extension of your brand identity.
By managing the full lifecycle—from conceptual 3D walkthroughs to issuing 'Good for Construction' (GFC) drawing sets—we ensure the final build remains true to our vision and your business requirements.
