Modern Corporate Headquarters Architecture for Komet India
Located in the Attibele Industrial Area, the Komet India headquarters utilizes geometric precision and transparent facades to create a functional, professional environment. We focused on blending industrial utility with a sophisticated office aesthetic.

About Modern Headquarters: Komet India, Bengaluru
The Komet India headquarters project demonstrates our approach to corporate architecture where transparency meets structural clarity. By integrating extensive glass curtain walls, we introduced natural light deep into the floor plate, while the monumental white structural frame provides a distinct visual identity within the industrial landscape.
Concept and Massing
For the Komet India project, the design intent was to move beyond traditional industrial aesthetics. We employed clean, geometric massing to create a structure that feels both solid and porous. The building's form is defined by the interaction between the primary white structural elements and the reflective glass curtain wall, which animates the building's facade through the movement of the sun.
Interior Space Planning
The interior layout prioritizes visual connectivity and natural light. The central atrium serves as a vertical link between levels, encouraging interaction across departments. In the reception lobby, we juxtaposed a curved, wood-paneled desk against polished stone flooring, balancing corporate formality with natural material warmth. This design choice highlights our preference for honest material application, where each element retains its inherent texture and character.
Industrial Integration
Located in Attibele, the design had to reconcile the needs of a corporate headquarters with the reality of an industrial site. We achieved this by utilizing efficient structural layouts that permit expansive, column-free office zones. This ensures that the workspace remains flexible for future needs while maintaining a high standard of finish in common areas like the double-height lobby and circulation stairs.
