This project illustrates our approach to balancing administrative needs with industrial functionality, featuring internal courtyards and integrated natural lighting.

The ground level of this tech campus is designed as an inclusive community space. A large water feature and shaded walkways create a serene environment with restaurants and amenities, blurring the line between a private office campus and a public urban plaza.44
We believe in integrating our buildings with the natural landscape. This view of the Bagmane tech campus shows how the curved glass facade reflects the surrounding trees and water, creating a harmonious relationship between the built and natural environments.
This is the "Beacon," a striking architectural centerpiece for the ePositive net positive energy research campus near Hyderabad. Elevated 40 meters in the sky, this 30 meter diameter structure is a bold expression of innovation in energy storage and sustainability.
At the Amara Raja net positive campus, we designed spaces that seamlessly integrate nature with cutting edge science. A covered walkway curves around a naturalistic water body, providing a space for researchers to connect and reflect, fostering a culture of innovation.

The Afyon Pavillion's facade features Afyon Grey marble and multiple balconies. These breakout areas offer employees access to fresh air and open space, enhancing both the building's functionality and its striking visual impact.
The completed Clayworks building in Koramangala, featuring a robust brick facade that adds warmth and texture to the urban streetscape. The deep-set windows and strong vertical lines create a powerful architectural statement.

The cafeteria and cloakroom building at the Ajax factory features a dramatic cantilevered roof slab. The design uses clean lines and a minimalist white palette, with strategically placed slit windows that create patterns of light in the interior spaces.
The main office block at the Ajax campus is designed with large glass facades to maximize natural light. The building is set within a lush green lawn, and the master plan ensures that green spaces are interspersed between all built forms.
The entrance to the office building is marked by a large, double-height volume supported by slender columns. This creates a welcoming, shaded transition space, with a stone pathway leading through landscaped gardens.
